5 mins to creative calm

Hello love, lets begin - 5 mins to calm,

First set your timer for 5 mins,

1) if you like put on some calm music

2) have a cup of tea or light a candle

3) roll your shoulders forward and backwards

4) now do 3 deep breathes in and out,

5) whatever you have to hand - a pencil, kids crayon, felt tip, biro, watercolour.

6) grab a piece of paper, any paper will do you can copy the below on your own piece or print this out.

7) be kind to yourself, now lets begin….
